My provider does not accept more then 200 emails / hour.

Is it safe to use UltimateEmail to send 1000 emails if I set the size to 3 and the interval to 20000?

So, I guess the component will send 3 emails / minute -> 180 / hours.

Can I close my browser and the process will run on the server until it finish?
Can I reach a timeout on the server?

I did not find any usefull sample or info on the interval.

Re: Interval
If you take a look at the BatchProcess sample at http://www.karamasoft.com/Samples.aspx?component=UltimateEmail&sample=BatchProcess you can see the user BatchSize and BatchInterval properties. BatchInterval is in milliseconds. So you should set it to 60000 (one minute) in order to send emails once per minute. You shouldn't close your browser window. If you're experiencing timeout issues, you may consider running a Windows program in which you can use UltimateEmail.dll without using the UltimateEmailMerge web control. Please take a look at the sample at http://www.karamasoft.com/Samples.aspx?component=UltimateEmail&sample=NoMailMergeControl to learn how you can use UltimateEmail in a Windows app.
