IE9 on Netbook

Hi,

Just recently upgraded the menu component and now my dropdown menus in IE9 on a Netbook always appear on the far left side of the page- not below the main menu item.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Cliff

We tested all our samples on IE9 and they work properly. You might need to set the DOCTYPE of your page as follows:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">

I have the same issue with IE9 where the sub menus drop down on the far left of the screen. I then changed the DOCTYPE as mentioned above from:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

to

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">

and now the sub menu drop down positions are correct.

However, I had to fix font sizing in some areas which is fine, but I also have a collapsible panel that now no longer works in IE where the panel doesn't collapse and is always visible (but still works fine in FireFox). I am using the <ajaxToolkit:CollapsiblePanelExtender>.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
