Position of popup for table

Happy New Year!

Is there any way to control the position of the popup for Insert Table?

As in default it is in the center and this forum's editor is to the right.

I wish to maintain the popup position even when user scroll down the page.

All the popups are centered initially and you can move them by dragging your mouse at the top of the popup. However, it doesn't move automatically when you scroll down the page.

My problem occurs when editing in Fit To Windows mode.
When in full screen, the table popup will be popuped to the centre of the whole page, which the top of the popup is hidden and unreachable by the mouse.
