HI, does the UltimateEditor licence also cover the required licence for the pdf converter?

Yes, it does. However, you can only use the pdf converter inside UltimateEditor. It's just like UltimateSpell (the spell checker) that comes with UltimateEditor. You can use both of them only in UltimateEditor. If you want to use them outside UltimateEditor, you need to obtain separate licenses for them.
