Hi,
We work for a Company A and have bought a 'Enterprise License' for Ultimate Editor.
Our developers [of Company A only] sit in two offices i.e. few sit at client place [Company B] and majority sit in our company premises [Company A] for development.
Is this licenses holds good for this model of development? Do clarify.
Thanks ATS Preeth

How many developers do you have in total?

In total we will have around 9-10 developers [both onsite + offshore].

Then your enterprise license should be sufficient as it covers up to 10 developers in multiple locations. If you have more than 10 developers you'll need to obtain one additional developer license for each, or one more enterprise license to cover up to 10 additional developers.
